Terms of use

These terms explain how dog owners and grooming businesses may use Groomuno, a booking and calendar service operated by Groomuno LLC (“Groomuno”, “we”). Questions? Email groomuno@gmail.com.

What Groomuno does

Groomuno helps dog owners find grooming salons and mobile groomers and book appointments, and gives grooming businesses an online booking page and calendar. Groomuno runs the booking and calendar tools. The grooming itself is provided by the salon or groomer, not by Groomuno.

Bookings and business notifications

Booking a published, participating business sends an appointment to that business. An entry marked “Business notification: not sent” is saved to your account only; it does not reserve an appointment with a business.

Payment

Groomuno doesn’t charge dog owners and never asks for a card when you book. You pay the salon or groomer directly for the groom, so questions about its price go to them. Billing for grooming businesses isn’t active. If paid business plans are introduced, their prices and terms will be shown separately before anything is charged.

If you book as a dog owner

• Give accurate contact details and dog information and, for a mobile visit, an accurate visit address.
• Keep your account to yourself. Don’t share your sign-in codes or let someone else use your account.
• Cancel or reschedule from My appointments within each salon’s cancellation window. Each salon sets its own window; inside it, contact the salon directly.

If you run a salon or grooming business

If you create or manage a business workspace, you’re responsible for:

• making sure your business details are accurate and that you’re authorized to list and manage the business;
• keeping services, prices, durations, opening hours, staff and calendar up to date, so the times customers see are times you can actually take;
• the client, dog and appointment records you enter, and having a proper reason to keep and use them;
• having the rights to the photos, logos and text you upload;
• where team sign-in is available, only inviting team members who should see their assigned appointments, and removing access when they leave.

The Groomuno team reviews workspaces before publishing them in public search. Customers pay your business directly; Groomuno doesn’t handle customer payments.

Using Groomuno fairly

Use Groomuno lawfully and honestly. Don’t create fake or misleading listings, bookings or accounts, post fake reviews or review your own business, use someone else’s account or business without permission, or interfere with the service or its security.

Reviews

Only customers whose Groomuno appointment was marked completed can leave a review, once per appointment. Reviews must reflect that genuine visit and must not contain offensive content or other people’s personal information. We may decline or remove reviews that break these rules.

Misuse and access

If we believe an account, workspace, listing, booking or review breaks these terms or puts other people at risk, we may remove content, unpublish a listing, or limit or end access to Groomuno. You can contact us about any such decision at groomuno@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update these terms as Groomuno develops. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
