Help center
Groomuno is operated by Groomuno LLC. For help with your Groomuno account, signing in or the website, email groomuno@gmail.com.
Booking an appointment
Search for a service or salon, choose a groomer, pick a time and confirm with your Groomuno account. You’ll need to tell us which dog is coming so the groomer knows their size and coat. Times are always shown in the salon’s local time zone, which may differ from yours.
Salon visits and mobile visits
At a storefront salon, you bring your dog to the salon’s address. Mobile groomers come to you by van or car: you enter the visit address when you book, and it has to be in a city the groomer serves. The street address is shared with the groomer you book so they can find you. It isn’t shown in the public directory.
Paying for your groom
Groomuno is free for dog owners. We never ask for a card and nothing is charged when you book. You pay the salon or groomer directly at your appointment. Prices marked “from” are starting prices; the groomer may adjust the final price for coat condition, matting or temperament.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Open My appointments and choose Cancel or Reschedule. Each salon sets how far in advance changes are allowed; inside that window, please contact the salon directly.
Reviews
Only customers whose Groomuno appointment was marked completed by the salon can leave a review, once per appointment.
Your account
To sign in, request a six-digit code at Sign in. We email the code to the address on your account.
From My account you can edit your first and last name and mobile phone number, and add, edit or remove your dogs, including their name, breed, weight, size, coat, age and notes for the groomer. A dog with an upcoming confirmed appointment can’t be removed until that appointment is cancelled or completed. You can’t change your account’s email address yourself yet. Email groomuno@gmail.com if you need help with it.
What cancelling or removing doesn’t delete
Cancelling an appointment, removing a dog from your list or a salon archiving a client doesn’t erase past records. Past appointments keep their details so you and the salon have an accurate history. The Privacy notice explains how to ask about access, correction or deletion.
Who to contact
For questions about a specific appointment, like the price, timing, running late, your dog’s care or a change inside the cancellation window, contact the salon. Its phone number is on its Groomuno page when the salon has provided one.
For problems with your Groomuno account, signing in, the website or a listing, email groomuno@gmail.com.
Where Groomuno is available
Salons across the United States, including DC and the US territories, can create a private workspace. A salon appears in public search after the Groomuno team reviews and publishes it. Customer booking availability depends on the participating salons in your area.
For grooming businesses
See Groomuno for professionals to request a walkthrough or set up a workspace. Salon owners and team members can email groomuno@gmail.com about workspace access, publishing or the calendar, and about team sign-in and invitations once team access is available for their workspace. Adding a groomer profile to the calendar doesn’t give that person sign-in access. Please include your salon’s name and the email address you sign in with.
